I ordered the Cosmo chicken sandwich. The bread has a delicate crunch on the outside (it won’t cut or bruise the roof of your mouth). The inside was soft and the sandwich itself tasted really good. The texture and flavor was so good.

I visited Ambit Cafe for the first time. I wanted to buy from a local coffee shop. I have to say this is my favourite coffee. I was pleasantly surprised. It was just the right strength for me. I had a Canadiano — and just maybe that is why it was the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. It’s always hard to find a coffee that is just the right strength and flavour and this was it for me. I will surely be back. The baristas were super friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean. There is also seating area outside. This cafe is located in the Kensington Square shopping complex.
We came in today with most of my paddling team. Managed to squeeze around the larger table. Food as usual was stellar, came out quickly & good portions plus reasonable prices. Daily soup was great. Everyone was happy! I'd discovered last time we races nearby. Super thanks to the staff :)

This is, in my opinion, the best sandwich place in North Burnaby. I recently had the "Grinder" sandwich which has salami, prosciutto, dijon mustard, provolone cheese, caramelized onion. It's served on a nice fresh loaf from the nearby bakery and the whole thing was absolutely delicious. The next time I go in I'm going to try the grilled cheese. Whoever put this place together put a lot of effort into every aspect of the planning and execution. The ambience is very classy, the staff are super friendly and the menu looks really inviting.
Ambit Cafe is easily one of my favorite local spots. I especially love their soup—it’s rich, hearty, and perfectly comforting on a rainy day. The grilled sandwich pairs beautifully with it, forming a wholesome and satisfying meal. Coffee-wise, both their latte and other drinks are above average, served in cute enamel mugs that add to the charm. The ambiance is warm and calming, with leafy greens separating seating areas and letting you enjoy a peaceful meal. The staff are welcoming, and it’s a great place to slow down and enjoy a thoughtful lunch or brunch. Highly recommended, especially if you’re a soup lover like me!
Great Cafe, amazing food and drinks! Even though this cafe has been open since 2020, I've haven't tried it until today. Interior design and atmosphere is great and welcoming. Food and drinks are great for the price. The juniper sandwich is amazing. It taste just as good as the all the Italian sandwiches I've had in Italy! I'm quite shocked. The deli cuts was juicy and tender, and the bread used is perfect. I ordered the caramel macchiato and it's so much better than the Starbucks one that's my go-to. Idk what it is about the caramel that was so tasty with a smokey flavour. Unfortunately, the espresso in the latte cannot be compared to expresso in Italy
